10 STEPS TO EASY TOOTH BRUSHING First the Outsides. 1. Put your front teeth edge to edge. 2. Place your toothbrush on to your front teeth and move vigorously up and down. But don't press too hard. Let the brush do the work!
Now the Inside 1. To brush the inside start by holding the toothbrush vertically, bristles down. Place on the inside of the front lower teeth and simply move up and down making sure you are brushing over the gums. 2. Move round to the back teeth ensuring that the brush remains almost vertical.
4. Don't forget the back surfaces of the last teeth- scrub well. 5. Finish by scrubbing the surfaces of all the back teeth - including premolars. Practice once a day for 10 minutes each day, preferably when you have the time - not first thing in the morning. AND always use a firm grip! You'll pick it up in no time at all. Good luck!
